Canisphere Shepherd Testimonials

Hello again, more praise for the Canisphere dogs. I am happy to report that my beloved "Berry", O My Mayberry vom Canisphere (a Dylan and Ora puppy, 2003) has earned his CD and is working toward his CDX. He is one leg away from his 2cd Rally Advanced Excellent title. At 5 yoa he is without a doubt the best ever, my heart and soul dog as I always call him. Our Canisphere girl, "Ruby", Willow Ruby Red vom Canisphere (a Dylan and Varina puppy(2003) has her own brags. She beat her brother at achieving her CD and is also working on her CDX. Ruby is learning Agility and having a ball. Both these dogs have the most spectacular temperament, not to mention their looks. We will never own a GSD from anywhere but Canisphere. Both Berry and Ruby are long coated and turn heads every day. Thanks again for the opportunity to live with such awesome, loving companions.

Hi Karen

Hoping this email finds you in good spirits and health.

Wanted to update you on Kassie’s accomplishments. This weekend she achieved her Utility Title, Rally Advanced title, and her GCN title. She is now officially known as OTCH Ch. Kassie Vom Canisphere, TT, GCN, RN (Carro), RNA (CKC), SchH2, OVC H/E. She received two High in Utility, three Third in Class (Rally Advanced) and one Second in Class (Rally Advanced). I think that she may be the only female GSD in Canada with these titles, but I am waiting for confirmation from the CKC. At the same trial, one of her sons received two legs towards his Companion Dog title and a grandson placed Third in Class (four times) to get his CD title in one weekend. So, needless to say, I am very proud of her. Bob wanted me to ask you how many dogs you will be entering in our Regionals at the end of May? We are expecting a full trial of 24 dogs and we are hoping to bring in a large entry into conformation.

Take care and warmest regards.

Hello There,

Well another job well done from the Shepherds from Canisphere. Another reason to be thankful we met you and Lawrence. Not sure if Gerry got to chat with you this am, but someone was going to try to break in lastnight but thanks to the wonderful shepherds i have they woke me up so i heard whoever it was and called the cops. They had not found anyone when they had left but there was foot tracks by the back of my house. Not sure why or what they were looking for but a least they never got in. Definetly scared now been a couple of years since this has happened but Jamie was here and they caught the guy. Gonna go get some more signs today for the windows, whoever it was i dont think will be brave enough to come back. well i just wanted to drop you a little line before i have to take Landon to Nursery school to say thank you for doing what you do, and for bredding and raising such wonderful shepherds that will protect me and the boys. Thanks again.
On a happier note 3 of the cops wanted to see my dogs and the one asked me about the puppies, not the way i like to advertising but tried to end the night on a little bit of a better note. didnt sleep much after though, kept having awful dreams afterwards, maybe ill have a nap later this afternoon. Well i better get going. Thanks for listening and we will talk soon.

Dear Karen,

I would like to take this opportunity , belated as it is, to offer both myself and my sister Megan's sincerest condolences on the loss of your husband Lawrence last May. It was only on previewing this website that we were made aware of Lawrence's passing.

Myself and my sister were the owner's of our beautiful Red Baron (Dina and Tsar) who lived to near age 11, and are thrilled to report, that we still have our beautiful and precious "Calla" (whom I re-named "Lovebug" upon our first day together! Calla (Una and Tsar) will be turning 12 years this April 4th, 08 and , along with our big Red , is, and has always been a most precious addition to our family.

After having these shepps in our family they have become an indelible part of our hearts . Your husband Lawrence was a most dedicated and wonderful man, whom we had met almost 20 years ago for the first occassion and who was the first and only individual we thought to call when there was a "need for a tremendous dog" and a "sincerely devoted individual"!

Both yourself and Lawrence came through for us in boarding our "Red Baron" for a few days while we went to Saskatoon with "Calla" for a medical trip that turned out with fantastic positive results. Thank you both, from the bottom of our hearts for your love and dedication to both your dogs and their people.
We positively adore every fur and each ounce of our magnificantly beautiful, intelligent, and soleful "Lovebug", whom I could not imagine a day without.
Thank you , for our most beautiful pets, and your expert advice and kindness when we were in need.

Your husband was a tremendously wonderful man and will be greatly missed. We are assured by the continuance of Canisphere Kennels that many others will be able to experience the endless love of their brilliant, dedicated German Shep companions and thank you for your endless and tireless dedication to this most astounding dog.

Sincerely,

I cannot express in a few words all my gratitude for the happiness that we feel with our new dog, Kaiser. He is not only an incredibly beautiful German Shepherd but also his lovely character, affection, and extraordinary intelligence make of him the perfect companion, the most faithful guardian and, with proper training, an outstanding candidate for receiving the highest awards at any international show.

I had the fortune and unforgettable experience of sharing some of the most amazing days in my life in Canada with Lawrence. There I could see with my on eyes the tremendous facilities, the cleanliness of installations and, above all this, the passion of a person who has dedicated all his life to the German Shepherd. I still have the picture on my mind of Lawrence behind the computer answering emails, giving advices, taking care of all his clients scattered all over the world. So the only answer that I can find, with all that hard work, how he always finds the daily time to dedicate to the animals as well as to the people is because he really puts all his heart on what he does.

Even that I have traveled many times around the world I have found in my life few people with the honesty and integrity of Lawrence Anonychuk. His experience, expertise and acknowledge of the German Shepherd, developed during decades, honestly, make him probably one of the best GS breeders in the world and Canisphere, without a doubt, a total guarantee of total satisfaction. They are the only ones in the world who will grant you a lifetime guarantee against genetic and temperament faults, and this is something that even in Germany it is not possible to find.

But the most important, and this is the main reason I would ever recommend anyone who wants something special to address himself to Canisphere, is the link that will prevail forever between them and my family. I am not on my own and I know that this certainly will help to make Kaiser a proud descendant of this kennel.

To Lawrence's Family,

I haven't been on your website for a while and went on tonight to send a recent picture of Dillian to Lawrence. We were very upset when we saw the sad news of Lawrence's passing. He was a one of a kind person. We so enjoyed talking to him and arranging for our German Shepherd, Dillan. He went above and beyond to arrange to fly him to us in New Jersey during a snowy, icy, cold winter. We'll never forget his kindness.

We wish you all the best of luck in continuing Lawrence's wonderful efforts. We have recommended your dogs to several friends and will be in touch when we need another wonderful German Shepherd.

Sincerely,

Pat & Mike Rybicki, Landing, NJ

Lawrence

Just a note to let you know how Berry did in Perry, Georgia and then here at home in Jacksonville. He earned 2 legs of his Rally Excellent title in Perry, not with the greatest of scores on the last day but a qualifying score none the less. When we returned to Jacksonville the following weekend he finished his Rally Excellent title with a score of 96 (perfect score is 100 for Rally) and a 98 the next day for the first leg of his Rally Advanced Excellent title. I was so proud, I've come to the conclusion that I prefer Rally over regular obedience. It has a greater variety of obedience exercises in the course itself and I feel that handler and dog must be a versatile, accurate and smooth team to score well. Don't get me wrong, I still will get his AKC CD and CDX titles. We travel to Deland , Fl. in July for more fun. I continue to receive so many compliments on him and in Perry I had several people ask me where he came from. I don't know hardly anything about confirmation but I had several people also comment on how well he moves, to me he looks like he glides. Will keep you posted on his progress, thanks for a dog that is my heart and soul. With warm regards

Hi Lawrence. I must admit that I don't miss the Manitoba weather one bit. It was minus 2 degrees in Kelowna when we arrived. I wii be getting the flight information ASAP and will send it to you. I do have a small favour. Can you keep an eye on the pup we chose. If you see something that you don't like, please let me know and perhaps we can get a different one and pay the difference in price. I have examined numerous litters of pups that breaders want to sell to the RCMP. Yours was the first litter that I couldn't reject any pups right away. That shows that you have excellent dogs and you should be very proud of your operation.

I always had a dream that some day I might own a kennel similar to yours.

Take care

Kevin

Subject: Canisphere's Maxwell

Lawrence:

I bought a family member from you. Sire was Bingo and dame was Demi.
Maxwell was born April 16, 1994 and died a few short hours ago at age 11
years 18 days. My daughter and I were with him at the end when the
drugs did their magic. To sum up his life, he was the best dog, family
member and friend a person could ever experience. He shall leave a big
hole in our lives and will be missed terribly. He never attained any
formal titles although we started down the road initially. The way he
lived showed his breeding and quality. His temperament was superb, his
intelligence obvious at every turn. His personality charmed even the
coolest hearts. He did us and your kennel proud.

Just thought you might like to know.
