Shepherds & their Owners
Canisphere German Shepherds is pleased to introduce a new feature for our web site.
We will feature Canisphere Dogs and their owners, as a team performing work that we are extremely proud of.
Our premier introduction article we introduce Debra Robertson and her dog
HIT O.T.C.H. Can CH. Only Cedar vom Canisphere UD, HIC, TT,CDI, CGN, SJATD.
She also has placed 1st in a Team competition.
Cedar is also a CKC conformation Champion. She won Best of Opposite Sex at the May/02 Mid Canada Dog Show opposite her Sire- Multi BIS, BISS Lance Vom Canisphere 2nd CDX, BH.
Debra is a Provincial Evaluator with the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog, (Manitoba Program). Cedar is a STATD. She participates as a demo dog for program orientation meetings, PR dog for public demonstrations, conventions and seminars. Cedar is a full time in home therapy dog as Debra and her husband Ken are foster parents to 2 physically and mentally handicapped adults.
Debra feels that Cedar's attitude, workability, stable temperament and level-headedness has brought this team success. Debra says Cedar always gives her all when working.
Debra and Cedar are currently working towards their tracking titles and will occasionally appearing in the veterans obedience and conformation rings.
Debra was awarded the Order of St. John Priory of Canada in May of 2006 at the home of the LT. Governor of Manitoba.
